At Mystik Player, we strive to provide the best possible media player experience for your Tizen device. We believe in the quality of our software and want you to purchase with confidence.

1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the Mystik Player application, you are eligible for a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your original purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team at contact@mystikplayer.com with the following details:

  • Your Transaction ID (from your payment receipt).
  • Your device MAC Address.
  • A brief explanation of the issue (optional, but helps us improve).

3. Processing Time

Once your request is received and approved, your license will be deactivated immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Important Note on Content

Please remember that Mystik Player is a media player tool. We do not provide, host, or control any playlists or channels.

  • We cannot issue refunds for buffering or issues related to your IPTV provider or Internet Service Provider.
  • However, if you are unsatisfied with the performance of the app itself during the first 3 days, we will honor this refund policy.

5. After 3 Days

After the 72-hour window has passed, all sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued.
