1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Mystik Player application ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Software.

2. Nature of Service (NO CONTENT PROVIDED)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Mystik Player is a software media player only.

  • We DO NOT provide any TV channels, playlists, streams, movies, or broadcasts.
  • We DO NOT have any affiliation with any third-party content providers.
  • The user is solely responsible for supplying their own content (via M3U playlist or similar methods).
  • The screenshots used in our store listing and website are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent actual content included with the app.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase of a license, Mystik Player grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software on a single device, identified by its unique MAC address.

  • One Device Rule: Each license key is valid for one (1) specific device MAC address.
  • Transferability: Licenses cannot be transferred from one device to another unless approved by support at our discretion.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

The Software is a digital product that is deemed "used" immediately upon activation.

  • All Sales Are Final: Because the license is activated instantly upon purchase, we DO NOT offer refunds.
  • No Refunds for Content Issues: We will not issue refunds if your third-party playlist buffers, stops working, or is blocked by your ISP. We have no control over the content you choose to watch.
  • Subscription Cancellation: If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be given for unused time.

5. Prohibited Use and Copyright Compliance

We have a zero-tolerance policy for piracy.

  • You agree strictly to use the Software for playing content you legally own or have the right to access.
  • You agree not to use the Software to distribute, stream, or view illegal, pirated, or copyrighted content.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately and without notice or refund if we discover the Software is being used for illegal purposes.

6. Technical Limitations & Liability

The Software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

  • Internet Connection: We are not responsible for the quality of your internet connection or any buffering caused by your ISP or router.
  • Device Compatibility: While we strive for broad compatibility, we do not guarantee the Software will function perfectly on every Tizen firmware version or TV model.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Mystik Player be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

7. Data Privacy (MAC Address)

To activate your license, we must collect and store your device's MAC Address.

  • This data is used solely for license validation and activation.
  • We do not share, sell, or rent your MAC address to third parties.
  • By using the app, you consent to this collection.

8. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
